The Anvil
We needed to generate recommendations from existing loyalty data, and to explore “share of wallet” across credit-card and loyalty systems by correlating the exchange and transaction data the company already had.
The Strike
I ran multiple PoCs to test feasibility: a recommendation system for email marketing, “share of wallet” reports and analysis, and visibility into the current state of data compliance and its real impact on the business.
The Edge
I surfaced multiple correlations worth sharing with credit-card partners, showing the impact of the loyalty system — the kind of finding usually only seen in literature, here grounded in real data. I designed and shipped the first email-recommendation algorithm for personalized products within the loyalty programs.
